Politica de confidențialitate
Versiunea din 29 septembrie 2026. Documentul explică ce date prelucrăm, de ce, cât timp, cui le dezvăluim și ce drepturi ai, conform Legii nr. 195/2024 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal și Regulamentului (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Cine este operatorul
Platforma Licitatii24 (licitatii24.com) este operată de [denumirea operatorului, de completat], IDNO [de completat], cu sediul în [adresa, de completat]. Pentru orice întrebare sau cerere privind datele tale: [email protected]. Răspundem în cel mult 30 de zile.
2. Ce date prelucrăm, de ce și cât timp

Nu cerem și nu păstrăm acte de identitate, date de card sau conturi bancare. Plata bunurilor se face direct între utilizatori.
3. Cine îți vede datele
- Public: lângă anunțuri, oferte și întrebări apare doar un identificator (de exemplu #1042), niciodată numele.
- Cealaltă parte a tranzacției: după încheierea licitației și achitarea comisionului, vânzătorul și câștigătorul își văd reciproc numele, telefonul și emailul.
- Împuterniciți: Cloudflare, Inc. (SUA), pentru găzduire, baza de date și trimiterea emailurilor. Prelucrează datele doar la instrucțiunea noastră.
- Autorități, doar când legea ne obligă.
Nu vindem date și nu le folosim pentru publicitate.
4. Transferuri în afara țării
Serverele împuternicitului nostru se află și în afara Republicii Moldova, inclusiv în Uniunea Europeană și în SUA. Transferurile se fac pe baza clauzelor contractuale standard și a măsurilor de securitate ale furnizorului.
5. Drepturile tale
- Acces și portabilitate: descarci toate datele din Contul meu, Profil, „Descarcă datele mele”.
- Rectificare: îți corectezi numele și telefonul din Contul meu, Profil.
- Ștergere: îți ștergi contul din Contul meu, Profil. Datele personale sunt anonimizate definitiv.
- Restricționare și opoziție: ne scrii la [email protected].
- Retragerea acordului, acolo unde prelucrarea se bazează pe acord.
- Plângere la Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, datepersonale.md.
Ștergerea contului nu e posibilă cât timp ai licitații active cu oferte, ești cel mai bun ofertant undeva sau ai o tranzacție în curs, pentru că ceilalți utilizatori se bazează pe angajamentul tău.
6. Cookie-uri și stocare în browser

Nu folosim cookie-uri de urmărire, de analiză sau de publicitate, și niciun serviciu extern care să le plaseze. De aceea nu îți cerem acordul printr-un banner.
7. Securitate
Parolele sunt păstrate doar criptat. Conexiunea e criptată prin HTTPS. Accesul la date e limitat la administratorul platformei. Încercările repetate de autentificare sunt limitate automat. Dacă are loc o încălcare a securității datelor cu risc pentru tine, anunțăm autoritatea în 72 de ore și te anunțăm și pe tine, fără întârziere.
8. Vârsta minimă și decizii automate
Platforma e destinată persoanelor de cel puțin 18 ani. Nu luăm decizii bazate exclusiv pe prelucrare automată care să producă efecte juridice asupra ta și nu facem profilare.
9. Anunțuri din surse oficiale
Secțiunea „Licitații oficiale” afișează anunțuri preluate de la autorități publice, cu indicarea sursei. Din ele nu publicăm date personale ale debitorilor sau ale altor persoane fizice.
10. Modificări
Versiunea nouă se publică aici, cu data actualizării. Pentru schimbări importante te anunțăm pe email și îți cerem din nou acceptul, dacă e cazul.
Privacy policy
Version of 29 September 2026. This document explains what data we process, why, for how long, who we disclose it to and what rights you have, under Moldovan Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who the controller is

We do not ask for or keep identity documents, card data or bank accounts. Items are paid for directly between users.
3. Who sees your data
- Publicly: next to listings, bids and questions only an identifier appears (for example #1042), never the name.
- The other party to a transaction: after the auction ends and the fee is paid, the seller and the winner see each other's name, phone and email.
- Processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), for hosting, the database and sending emails. It processes data only on our instructions.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Transfers abroad
Our processor's servers are also located outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union and the USA. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and the provider's security measures.
5. Your rights
- Access and portability: download all your data from My account, Profile, "Download my data".
- Rectification: correct your name and phone in My account, Profile.
- Erasure: delete your account from My account, Profile. Personal data is anonymised permanently.
- Restriction and objection: write to [email protected].
- Withdrawing consent, where processing relies on consent.
- Complaint to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection, datepersonale.md.
An account cannot be deleted while you have active listings with bids, are the highest bidder somewhere or have an open transaction, because other users rely on your commitment.

We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no external service that would place them. That is why we do not ask for consent through a banner.
7. Security
Passwords are stored only encrypted. The connection is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to the platform administrator. Repeated sign-in attempts are limited automatically. If a data breach creates a risk for you, we notify the authority within 72 hours and notify you without delay.
8. Minimum age and automated decisions
The platform is intended for people aged 18 or over. We make no decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on you, and we do no profiling.
9. Listings from official sources
The "Official auctions" section shows notices taken from public authorities, with the source indicated. We publish no personal data of debtors or other individuals from them.
10. Changes
The new version is published here with the update date. For important changes we notify you by email and ask for your acceptance again where needed.

Мы не запрашиваем и не храним удостоверения личности, данные карт и банковских счетов. Оплата лотов происходит напрямую между пользователями.
3. Кто видит ваши данные
- Публично: рядом с объявлениями, ставками и вопросами показывается только идентификатор (например #1042), никогда не имя.
- Вторая сторона сделки: после завершения аукциона и оплаты комиссии продавец и победитель видят имя, телефон и email друг друга.
- Обработчики: Cloudflare, Inc. (США): хостинг, база данных и отправка писем. Обрабатывает данные только по нашему поручению.
- Государственные органы, только когда этого требует закон.
Мы не продаём данные и не используем их для рекламы.
4. Передача за границу
Серверы нашего обработчика находятся также за пределами Республики Молдова, включая Европейский союз и США. Передача осуществляется на основании стандартных договорных условий и мер безопасности поставщика.
5. Ваши права
- Доступ и переносимость: скачайте все данные в разделе «Мой аккаунт», «Профиль», «Скачать мои данные».
- Исправление: измените имя и телефон в разделе «Мой аккаунт», «Профиль».
- Удаление: удалите аккаунт в разделе «Мой аккаунт», «Профиль». Персональные данные обезличиваются навсегда.
- Ограничение и возражение: напишите на [email protected].
- Отзыв согласия, если обработка основана на согласии.
- Жалоба в Национальный центр по защите персональных данных, datepersonale.md.
Аккаунт нельзя удалить, пока у вас есть активные объявления со ставками, вы лидируете в каком-либо аукционе или у вас есть незавершённая сделка, так как другие пользователи рассчитывают на ваше обязательство.

Мы не используем cookie для отслеживания, аналитики или рекламы и не подключаем внешние сервисы, которые их устанавливают. Поэтому мы не запрашиваем согласие через баннер.
7. Безопасность
Пароли хранятся только в зашифрованном виде. Соединение защищено HTTPS. Доступ к данным есть только у администратора платформы. Повторные попытки входа ограничиваются автоматически. Если произойдёт утечка данных, создающая риск для вас, мы уведомим надзорный орган в течение 72 часов и без промедления сообщим вам.
8. Минимальный возраст и автоматические решения
Платформа предназначена для лиц не моложе 18 лет. Мы не принимаем решений, основанных исключительно на автоматической обработке и влекущих для вас юридические последствия, и не занимаемся профилированием.
9. Объявления из официальных источников
В разделе «Официальные торги» показываются объявления государственных органов с указанием источника. Персональные данные должников и других физических лиц из них мы не публикуем.
10. Изменения
Новая версия публикуется здесь с датой обновления. О важных изменениях мы сообщаем по email и при необходимости повторно запрашиваем согласие.
